Free tools for contractors

Free estimate, invoice, and contract tools for U.S. contractors

Plannus is a small set of free document tools for contractors working in the United States. Price a job, bill for it, and put the agreement in writing — without wrestling a spreadsheet or paying for another monthly subscription. We are building the roofing tools first.

The first three tools

These are the three documents a roofing job actually needs. They are in development now. We are not announcing a launch date until they are good enough to hand a customer.

  • In development

    Roofing Estimate Builder

Lay out squares, tear-off, underlayment, flashing, and labor line by line, then hand the homeowner a clear price instead of a number scribbled on a business card.

  • In development

    Invoice Generator

Turn an approved estimate into a numbered invoice with your business details, payment terms, and a running balance — ready to print or email the same day.

  • In development

    Contract Template

A plain-English job agreement covering scope, payment schedule, change orders, and the right to stop work — so the handshake is actually written down.

How we are building it

Free to use
The document tools are free. No per-document charge, no card to open one, no trial clock counting down while you are on a roof.
Built for the field
Written for one-truck and small-crew contractors in the United States — U.S. dollars, U.S. paper sizes, and language a homeowner can read without a lawyer.
Roofing first
We are starting with roofing and getting one trade right before we spread thin. Siding, gutters, and general remodeling follow the same pattern.

What Plannus is

Most small contractors price work from memory and send paperwork that looks nothing like the quality of the job itself. A homeowner comparing three bids usually picks the one that reads clearly. Plannus exists to close that gap: free, straightforward documents that make a small crew look like the professionals they already are.

It is a new project from Innova Flow Web Solutions, a software studio on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This page will grow into the tools themselves as each one is finished.
